The Dogs are treated very well, but what about the empoyees that work there?????? L.A. Dog Works only is only popular because of people that work there!! They are the ones that care about the pets not the owner. The owner could care less about anything except the $$$ that goes into his pocket.

This lady's son is not the first to be treated like this & sadly not the last. The owner has no clue on how to treat the employees nor does he care to! The employees are treated less than to be desired & far under paid. For the money that people spend at L.A. Dog works you would think he would share the wealth with his employees! If it wasn't for his hard working, & pet caring staff L.A. Dog works would be NOTHING!  He has had several complaints filed with various goverment agencies. 

I think that people should start boycotting L.A. Dog Works until he starts to compensate his employees & learn to treat people w/ respect! To fire someone because they receive mail. What a selfish individual!!!!!  REMEMBER TO TIP THOSE WHO TOOK CARE OF YOUR PET & HAND THEM THE MONEY DIRECTLY!!! Otherwise the owner will pocket it!

It's funny how all my replies are all gone in this blog.  I am so tired of the fact that anyone can get on a computer and write anything they please, without any basis or fact.  The woman who's son worked for me is out of her mind.  I gave her son a job and when he lost his home I gave him a roof over his head.  He did not get fired for getting mail, he got fired for not showing up to work and doing drugs!  And you believe this crap.  When my father died I gave him my fathers leather jacket because it was too big for me.  Brand new and worth a bunch!  As far as LA Dogworks being popular because of the people that work there, you forget I hire those people.  I created LA Dogworks and built it with my own money.  I care more about LA Dogworks than anyone!  All people can see is how much they think LA Dogworks makes.  No one ever thinks about what it Rent, utilities, insurance, equipment, everything and even salaries!  LA Dogworks pays more to it's Team Members than most kennels.  I have had it with people that do not know what the hell they are talking about and I have had it with unrealistic people who have no idea of what it takes to build, own and operate a proper dog care center.  LA Dogworks is known all over the world as one of the best dog care centers, why? Because I built it the right way and run it the right way.  My employees are treated very well.  The ones that work hard and get it are paid accordingly, the ones that slack off find new work.  Most of the people that write this stuff have never owned a business and have no idea what it takes to do so.  Just so you know Mr. Walken Smith, in the almost three years we have been open, I have yet to draw a salary!  The money does not go into my pocket!  So Mr. Know it all, how do you like them apples!  There are no complaints file with any government agencies, I dare you to prove that.  So, while I work everyday to continue to run a legitimate dog care center where people can bring their dogs and not worry and continue to building a great business and expand the brand,     what are you doing beside spreading untruths and hurtful lies.  I hope you feel badly for doing so.  No one forces people to work at LA Dogworks.  They love working here or they should go get another job!  So you and all the people like you and the woman that started this blog should get your facts correct or say nothing at all.
